Order Cancellation:
- Orders can only be canceled if the product has not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please email us at Hi@kiddospedia.com. For all canceled orders, store credit will be issued, which can be used for future purchases.
Transit Damage:
- There are very rare chances that the product might get damage in transit but if the order is received damaged, pls follow below instructions:
- Opening Video is Must - Pls record opening video of the Parcel and show the item clearly and if found damaged we will replace it immediately. Without an opening video we will be unable to assist you in any kind of issue situation. Kindly mail at hello@kiddospedia.com with opening video attached.

Exchange Eligibility
- Exchanges are allowed only for the same product. If the desired product is out of stock, a credit note will be issued for future purchases.
- Each order is eligible for one exchange only.

Non-Eligible Products
- Customized products made as per customer instructions, such as name-customized items, are not eligible for exchange. Please ensure accuracy while ordering these items.
- Products purchased on sale, discounts, or with coupons/gift vouchers are non-exchangeable.

Conditions for Exchange
- Only unused, undamaged products with intact labels, tags, and original packaging are eligible for exchange.
- Exchanges will not be accepted due to dissatisfaction with the product or its color. Product details, including size, are provided in the description. Please review them thoroughly before ordering.

Size Issues
- If there is a size issue, email us at Hi@kiddospedia.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include a video showing the product with its original packaging.
- To-and-fro shipping charges will apply and vary based on parcel size.

Reverse Pickup & Shipping
- If reverse pickup is unavailable for your location, customers are requested to ship the product themselves.

Timely Handover
- Products must be handed over within 5-7 business days from the date of your return/exchange request. Failing to do so will result in cancellation of the request.
